By using ProToolScout, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially the section regarding “Beta” use and liability.

1. The Service (Beta Phase)

ProToolScout is currently in Beta. This means the software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for perfection, features may change, and temporary bugs may occur.

2. Accuracy of Calculations

ProToolScout provides calculators for various trades (Plumbing, Roofing, HVAC, etc.).

• Important: All estimates generated are for informational purposes.
• Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all math, material quantities, and final prices before sending them to a client.
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from incorrect estimates or “napkin math” errors.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or “scrape” our software.
• Use the tool to send spam or fraudulent documents.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Stuff: The ProToolScout brand, code, and design belong to us.
• Your Stuff: All data you input and the estimates you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over your business documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProToolScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Beta version for any user who violates these terms or for general maintenance and updates.
