• Unique Identifiers: We use unique IDs to link your estimates and invoices to your device or session. This allows you to restore your work later.
• Business Data: Any information you input into our tools (business name, client details, pricing, materials, and logos) is stored securely in our database to allow retrieval via your Unique ID.
• Cookies & Analytics: We use basic tools to see how the app is used, but we don’t track you personally across the web.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain our estimating and invoicing services.
• To generate the PDF documents you send to your clients.
• To notify you about updates, new features, or changes to the Beta version.

3. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

If you want to permanently delete your data from our servers, please contact us at data@protoolscout.com with your Unique ID. We will erase all records associated with that ID within 30 days.
